It will spawn a configurable amount of Yaki mobile bases (TL or M1) equipped with a jumpdrive and filled with Yaki Fighters. Yaki Armada (alpha) : This AL Plugin will make the Yaki smarter and stronger. The major feature is that you can have fully automated carrier for your patrols, fighters will be repaired and/or replaced, wings will be sent against foes automatically and warnings will be sent to the player when the carrier is in danger. Pirate Guild 3 : Pirate Guild is an AL plugin giving life to the Pirate Faction, unlocking several new ways to play the game and allowing the player to work with or against the Pirate Guild.X3: Terran Conflict / Albion Prelude Downloads You can check the product page and read more about it in the development logs. The simple fact you’re here proves it should be relevant to your interests! It’s a 2D space-sim in which you can fill any role from pilot to empire leader in a truly dynamic universe.

Here's a link to that stuff.ĮDIT: I also wanted to add that egosoft forums still has an active and helpful community, so I would recommend registering there. While you’re downloading my plugins, you should check our game Unending Galaxy(available on Steam and itch.io). If I ever get bored with TC, I'll probably do AP with the XRM mod because the XRM has a lot of awesome stuff to offer.įinally, here's the link where you can get all of the mentioned mods, but FAIR WARNING: modding your game will disable steam achievements.Īlso of note, you might want to check out CODEA mod and others made by a fellow called Lucike. I will prefer it over MARS because MARS is a little TOO good (feels like cheating). The vanilla backgrounds just felt flat, which is weird for me, because I really love space images.įinally, I may add the MD MK2 missile defense mod since vanilla missile defense is a little lackluster. I also use the enhanced backgrounds mod to add to the visual flavor.

The cockpits have a late 90s kind of graphics to them, but once I got used to that, I really like it. I use PSC01's lite HUD cockpit mod and this gives me a pretty good feel for individual ships as well as the feeling that I'm IN a ship. Also, I didn't like the weapon rebalancing of XRM. I prefer it over XRM because with all the border combat in XRM, it can make station and resource building problematic. Personally, I play X3TC vanilla with two (and might be adding a third) mod. The ships are rebalanced to incorporate weapons related to their racial profile, making the ships feel more unique (weapons are limited to their racial ship counterpart), but the weapons are rebalanced and, if you ask me, there's not a huge difference between them in any class size with XRM. Also, if you prefer combat heavy TC, you can add the XRM mod (also available for AP) which adds a lot more border skirmishes, ships, a few more weapons, terran economy, a better missile defense script (MD MK2 which is already in the default game for AP), and more sectors.
X3 terran conflict mod downloads must have mods#
Some TC plot has been ported over and I believe there are mods to add more of the TC plot to it. AP definitely has more combat involved and wasn't originally given much plot. Keep in mind I've only experienced X3 TC and AP so I'm only speaking from my own research into the topic. This one has been quoted as "Not deserving of the X title." X Rebirth: If you can get it to work, it focuses more on being an "arcade shooter" than a RTS resource building game. This one, however, is more focused on an ongoing war so your game will have a lot more combat going on. X3AP: Basically TC with some slight improvements and added scripts in the default game (the good scripts users wrote for X3TC basically, such as MD MK2).
X3 terran conflict mod downloads must have series#
Best in the series for experiencing trade and combat and general space sim stuff. X3TC: Slightly improved UI (once again, supposedly). X2: Basically X with a slightly improved UI, supposedly. But, as I understand it, it breaks down like this:

I'm not an X-pert (see what I did there?), but I think TC is the best.
